The Institute for Activism and Social Change (IASC) is implementing the project “Exchanging Cultural Heritage History through Photos” with the support of the German Federal Foreign Office and implemented by the Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO).
As part of this project, we are organizing a 2-day photo exhibition and cultural visit in Pogradec, and we kindly invite your hotel to submit a financial and service offer for hosting a group of 24 people.
Service Details Requested:
- Location: Pogradec, Albania
- Number of Guests: 24 persons
- Number of Nights: 2 nights
- Dates: 6-7 December
- Room Type: Twin or double rooms (shared accommodation)
- Meals: Full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner) for all guests
- Additional Requirements
- Wi-Fi access
- Support with group check-in and coordination
- Invoice issuance in the name of the Institute for Activism and Social Change
Please include the following in your offer:
