Programi:
During the 2025–2026 reporting period, the Institute for Activism and Social Change (IANS) continued to strengthen its national footprint in the areas of youth empowerment, mental health, education, rehabilitation, and community resilience. The organization maintained its focus on delivering measurable, field-based interventions while contributing to institutional capacity-building and policy development at national level.
Across all programmes, IANS prioritized evidence-based implementation, multi-agency cooperation, and inclusive approaches targeting youth, vulnerable groups, and frontline professionals.
In 2025–2026, IANS demonstrated:
- Sustained engagement with youth and communities across multiple municipalities;
- Strengthened institutional capacity in education, health, and social sectors;
- Improved coordination across multi-agency systems;
- Continued integration of mental health and resilience approaches into community programming;
- Consolidation of its role as a reliable implementing partner in Albania.
Through its integrated approach combining youth development, psychosocial wellbeing, and institutional cooperation, IANS continues to contribute to stronger, more inclusive, and more resilient communities.
